The Situation

Our client had grown internally and had been working towards building an infrastructure to support future growth and product releases. Additionally, they had set out to reach specific goals to grow their business including increasing brand awareness, improving various income streams, and increasing their social media footprint. 

​

Previously, work was done in silos versus utilizing an integrated approach thus decreasing the impact of actions and creating the inability to achieve maximum results. Additionally, work was being done at remote locations throughout the United States without communication strategies and defined processes. This created gaps in communication often resulting in duplication of efforts and tasks.

  • There was an unclear structure, lack of defined processes, and lack of an integrated strategic growth plan. 

  • There was a distinct need to increase communication and build communication strategies between different business area teams. 

  • There was a need for technology improvements for analytical oversight of key business areas, process improvements and various marketing campaigns.

Staff were stretched to the breaking point by a lack of clear processes, communication barriers and the need for an integrated strategy in order to be more efficient and achieve desired results.

Our Approach

We began by discussing current goals and strategy. With this in mind we began analyzing business structures, business areas and processes.

 

We  outlined areas of opportunity and created benchmarks for metrics tracking. By tracking metrics we were able to further recommend areas for improvement including quick wins and long term projects.
