Kathryn is the Owner and Director of Solution Development at Goodenow Consulting. She truly is a visionary and believes in creating a positive working environment where talented people at all levels can come together as a team and thrive. She is an expert in Strategy, Social Media Marketing, and Program Management. 

 

She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Business and holds an Executive MBA, as well as a degree in Graphic Design and Printing.

Kathryn has worked extensively in the Public and Private Sector in Information Technology, Manufacturing, International Retail Marketing and Social Media Marketing Industries. 

 

She has over 15 years of experience in Program and Supply Management encompassing processes throughout a product life-cycle from prototype to acquisition, production, and disposal. Kathryn is currently a Certified Scrum Master. 

Kathryn has over 10 years of SAP experience in leading multi-site and global teams on SAP implementations for over 14 plants. She received the Department of the Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service for successful SAP/LMP Implementations. 

She has multiple years of experience in Graphic Design and Pre-press in the packaging industry for global brands and global retailers, as well as advertising and marketing material for print ads and trade shows. 

Kathryn is a life-long learner and passionate about giving back to the community.
